Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure an immaculate boutique environment and smooth customer flow.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service consistent with the brand image and luxury retail standards.
- Proactively build and maintain client relationships through in-person outreach and clienteling activities.
- Keep clients informed of new product launches, services and changes; follow up on enquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Execute sales plans and actively participate in in-store promotions, marketing events and merchandising initiatives.
- Capture and communicate market and client feedback gathered on the sales floor to store management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support store targets and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail or a comparable client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrable sales ability with a track record of achieving targets and delivering premium service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation and the ability to work effectively within a boutique team.
- Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy sufficient for POS, CRM and inventory systems.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail or a similar client-facing sales capacity, with demonstrable selling results and boutique experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or fashion retail preferred.

This position is based in Phuket, Phuket, Thailand.
