Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hermès products and craftsmanship.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

- Maintain the visual standards of the store and ensure merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in fashion or related field is advantageous.
