Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and foster brand loyalty.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects brand standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and store objectives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail software. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or business is advantageous.
