Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and support customers across all product categories to meet their needs and ensure a memorable omnichannel experience.
- Deliver storytelling about the brand's history and product craftsmanship to enhance client relationships and sales.
- Provide comprehensive product information, including aftersales care suggestions.
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships.
- Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policies and company procedures.
- Participate actively in customer events and animations as needed.
- Maintain solid product knowledge, staying updated with novelties, prices, and stock availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on fashion or linguistics.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury boutique.
- Proficiency with Excel and IT tools.
