Hermès Nantes: Sales Associate fixed-term contract, July–December. Drive luxury retail sales across leather, fashion, beauty, watches, jewelry, and home goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Propose products across all departments with initiative and enthusiasm to drive sales revenue
  • Provide exceptional and memorable client experiences in partnership with the external relations manager
  • Identify client needs, source requested information, and ensure clients never experience service gaps
  • Represent and communicate Hermès values and heritage to customers and new team members
  • Independently build and maintain a personal client portfolio, focusing on national and international clientele
  • Highlight artisan craftsmanship and the heritage behind each creation
  • Participate in inventory procedures, merchandising changes, stock organization, and department maintenance
