Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody Hermès brand values through exceptional client service, conveying warmth, elegance, and cultural sophistication
  • Develop and maintain a personal client base through thoughtful communication and relationship-building
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge across multiple métiers and inspire clients with expert styling guidance
  • Achieve assigned sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of service quality and integrity
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain sales floor standards for visual presentation and loss prevention
  • Uphold Group and subsidiary policies and procedures, including confidentiality protocols and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client-focused sales experience in the luxury sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail across key categories: ready-to-wear, shoes, watches, leather goods, and fine jewellery
  • Exceptional styling skills with the ability to curate complete looks across multiple product categories
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
  • Ability to stand, crouch, bend and lift up to 20 kg
  • Flexibility to meet operational scheduling needs
