The role is a full-time, two-month fixed-term contract under the CCNL Commercio, with an indicative starting gross annual salary of €28,000 and eligibility for an annual incentive plan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and support clients across all product categories, meeting their needs and delivering a memorable omnichannel experience.
- Use brand and craftsmanship storytelling to engage clients, suggest products, and deliver consistent, high-quality service that develops client relationships and sales.
- Provide clients with product information, including after-sales care recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio through client discovery and bespoke experiences, fostering loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policies and company procedures.
- Participate actively in client events and animations as needed.
- Build strong product knowledge and stay up to date on new products, prices, and stock availability.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on fashion or languages, but it is not mandatory.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
- Experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique.
- Proficiency with Excel and IT tools.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration, and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service orientation.
- A team-player mentality, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and work autonomously.
