Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted sales consultant, proposing relevant men's ready-to-wear pieces and driving departmental revenue through consultative selling techniques
  • Ensure client well-being on the sales floor and create memorable, surprising experiences in partnership with the external relations manager as needed
  • Build and maintain an independent client portfolio, recruiting new national and international clientele whilst retaining existing customers

  • Participate in inventory counts, merchandise changes, stock management, and maintain the visual presentation and organization of the menswear department and store

  • Fluent English language proficiency, both written and oral
  • Strong digital literacy and comfort with contemporary communication tools and e-commerce platforms
