Hermès Marbella is hiring a Sales Associate (seasonal) for summer 2026 — full‑time position in Marbella, Spain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, high‑touch customer service and contribute directly to store sales and KPIs.
  • Support colleagues during client interactions and proactively engage in team selling to maximise revenue for the boutique.
  • Build and maintain enduring client relationships through active listening, personalised follow-up and meticulous post‑sales care.
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of client data in the CRM and uphold CRM hygiene standards.
  • Acquire deep product knowledge across the Maison’s métiers and communicate features and provenance clearly to clients.
  • Participate in daily store communications (morning briefs) and share training outcomes with the team to ensure consistent client experience.
  • Maintain store standards and daily procedures; handle merchandise with care and enforce Maison processes.
  • Apply basic visual merchandising principles (front and back office) to support presentation and inventory readiness.
  • Complete all mandatory trainings and proactively transmit new knowledge during client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a high‑end, client‑facing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team and to take initiative during busy trading periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and patience when handling objections and delicate situations.
  • Composure under pressure and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
  • High personal standards and professionalism; acts as an ambassador of the Maison.
  • Proficiency in English at minimum B2 level (required); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Legal right to work in Spain (ability to work in Marbella).

Experience
