Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store revenue through proactive selling and expert clienteling, including pre- and post-sale follow-up.
- Deliver exemplary personalised customer service, demonstrating warmth, patience and a positive demeanour at all times.
- Manage customer requests and coordinate communications with colleagues and relevant departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Accurately record client data and interactions in the CRM and ensure data quality for ongoing relationship management.
- Develop strong product knowledge across the Maison’s métiers and maintain familiarity with inventory and post‑sales processes.
- Maintain store standards and daily operational procedures, participate in morning briefs and support visual merchandising (front and back office).
- Complete assigned training modules and proactively share learnings with colleagues to enhance the in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or boutique environments.
- High level of spoken and written English (minimum B2; candidates will undergo an English test).
- Proven track record of delivering consistent client service and meeting sales objectives.
- Ability to maintain high personal standards, act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate discretion with client information.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure, show flexibility and work effectively in a team.
