Hermès Madrid: Sales Associate role in luxury retail boutique on Ortega y Gasset. Temporary 1–2 month position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to store sales targets through direct selling and client engagement
- Demonstrate warmth, patience, and a consistently positive attitude during all customer interactions
- Manage customer requests with effective communication across the sales team
- Develop proficiency in post-sale processes and client follow-up
- Actively familiarize oneself with merchandise to build comprehensive product knowledge
- Ensure clear, attentive communication during the sales ceremony and post-purchase phase
- Practice active listening techniques to understand client needs and build lasting loyalty
- Maintain accuracy in CRM data entry and customer information registration
- Participate actively in daily store communications, including morning briefings
