Hermès Ibérica — Sales Associate (temporary) in Madrid Canalejas. One-month contract supporting sales, clienteling and store standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store turnover through proactive selling while delivering a discreet, personalised service consistent with House standards.
- Manage the entire client journey: prospecting, in‑store selling ceremony, CRM capture and accurate client data recording.
- Provide efficient after‑sales support and communicate client requests promptly to relevant colleagues or services.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising basics, including stock replenishment, product care and front/back of house organisation.
- Participate actively in daily team briefings, complete required training and share learnings with colleagues to enhance collective performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or premium boutiques.
- High level of English (minimum B2). Additional languages are advantageous.
- Proven clienteling skills with accurate CRM use and strong active listening capabilities.
- Demonstrable professionalism: high personal standards, discretion, empathy and resilience under pressure.
- Team player who takes initiative and upholds House procedures and visual standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally gained in luxury fashion houses or high-end boutiques, with hands-on clienteling and CRM use.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is desirable.
