Hermès Lille seeks a Sales Associate for a four-month fixed-term contract (Oct 2026–Feb 2027) in luxury retail with English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise across all departments and actively propose relevant products to clients
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships
- Actively seek client opportunities and maintain continuous presence on the sales floor
- Ensure client comfort and wellbeing in-store; propose memorable and surprising experiences in partnership with external relations management
- Provide attentive solutions and research information to ensure clients are never left without answers
- Represent and communicate Hermès' values to clients and new team members
- Build and maintain an autonomous client portfolio across national and international clientele
- Highlight the artisanal craftsmanship and heritage of Hermès métiers
- Participate in inventory counts, merchandising changes, stock organization, and maintain store presentation standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in commerce or related field
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and oral
- Demonstrated passion for client service and relationship building
- Strong digital literacy and comfort with modern communication tools
- Availability for the specified October 2026 – February 2027 contract period
