Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients with warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm; deliver personalised, high‑touch service throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high‑end fashion, luxury retail or a related client‑facing role.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Impeccable grooming and a refined personal presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
  • Passion for luxury, craftsmanship and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays and variable shifts.
