Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all sales activities within the store in adherence with Hermès standards of image and service worldwide
- Identify client needs, develop customer relationships, facilitate sales transactions, and deliver post-sales services
- Achieve assigned sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service and product knowledge
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional client experiences
- Proactively engage walk-in customers and maintain KPI customer metrics
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as required
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment
- Execute other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or equivalent role
- Demonstrated motivation to become a Hermès Ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaborative work practices
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
