Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with a warm, hospitable greeting and maintain an exemplary boutique atmosphere

  • Assist the store team with product research, replenishment and visual presentation across sales areas
  • Prepare, package and process product deliveries for multiple métiers to Hermès standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in languages, fashion or luxury-related studies (current students considered)
  • Fluency in Italian and English; an additional language is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic IT tools
  • Availability to work full-time hours for the duration of the internship
