Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting aligned with Hermès standards of excellence
- Act as a storyteller, suggesting and surprising clients whilst delivering quality and consistency of service to develop client relationships and sales
- Build strong relationships with customers by listening to and identifying their needs, ensuring each receives excellent and professional service
- Learn and apply sales techniques whilst developing client relationships and identifying customer requirements
- Provide comprehensive product information and support, including after-sales care suggestions and product recommendations
- Support the store team in product research and inventory management
- Effect replenishment of products across all retail areas, maintaining an organized and visually appealing environment
- Package and prepare product deliveries for all métiers (departments/craft areas)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language considered an advantage
- Proficiency with Excel and IT tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Team player mentality with ability to work autonomously and build meaningful relationships
- Availability, flexibility, and dynamism to function in a high-pace retail environment
- Strong aesthetic sense and vocation for human values
