Role & Responsibilities

- Support the Store team with product research, replenishment, packaging and preparing deliveries across Métiers.
- Provide customers with product information and aftersales care recommendations to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Maintain visual and stock organisation across the boutique to guarantee an orderly, high-quality environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with linguistic, fashion or luxury-focused studies.
- Fluency in Italian and English; an additional language is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Excel and general IT tools.
- Availability and willingness to work full-time hours under an internship contract.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, enthusiasm and the ability to integrate into a team and work autonomously.
