Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct all in-store sales activities in accordance with Hermès global standards of image and client service.
- Identify customer needs, develop relationships and convert interactions into sales while maintaining long‑term client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through product knowledge, personalised clienteling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistently, ensuring flawless presentation and brand alignment.
- Support inventory processes, merchandising and ad‑hoc store projects as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations in a fast‑paced travel retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant retail management or operations experience with luxury brands or equivalent roles.
- Demonstrated commitment to representing Hermès as a brand ambassador and delivering elevated customer service.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; strong team orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience within luxury brands or in a similar capacity, preferably including travel retail or airport environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
