Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experience aligned with Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines and Hermès standards
- Practice the Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals with meticulous attention to detail
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to establish lasting client partnerships
- Address complex client concerns, including handling dissatisfied customers, exchanges, returns, and after-sales services according to Store Notebook protocols
- Execute after-sales experience delivery with comprehensive product knowledge and accurate repair assessment documentation
- Capture accurate client data through POS and CRM systems to support personalized service
- Communicate client feedback and market insights to store management
- Maintain professional and elegant dialogue with clients and team members throughout all interactions
- Serve as a proactive ambassador for assigned métier, demonstrating deep product knowledge and craft expertise
- Execute meticulous visual merchandising of retail floor displays and maintain immaculate housekeeping standards
- Manage organized, logical back-of-house stock areas for efficient inventory accessibility
- Monitor and report métier performance metrics and sales data to support business objectives
- Conduct accurate cycle counts and stock takes; participate in mini counts and inventory verification
- Share expertise on new product launches and provide mentorship to new team members
- Demonstrate mastery of métier hand rituals and encourage team proficiency
- Support store operations through positive teamwork and collaborative ambassadorship
- Perform daily housekeeping duties and assist with stock unpacking, validation, and distribution
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines consistently across assigned areas
- Adhere to all Hermès Australia and Hermès international policies and protocols
- Maintain individual sales targets including units per transaction, value per transaction, and client experience metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional customer service or retail sales experience
- Proven background in a luxury environment or premium retail setting (advantageous)
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with demonstrated interpersonal excellence
- Impeccable communication abilities and professional elegance in all interactions
- High personal presentation and grooming standards consistent with Hermès brand representation
- Comprehensive product knowledge across Hermès métiers and deep passion for luxury craftsmanship

Experience
