Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized, memorable omnichannel client experience through product storytelling and tailored advisory across all categories.
  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio via structured client discovery, bespoke service and proactive clienteling to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide accurate product information and aftersales care guidance, ensuring consistency of service and technical knowledge.
  • Collect, update and manage client data in compliance with privacy policies and company procedures.
