Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, memorable omnichannel client experience through product storytelling and tailored advisory across all categories.
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio via structured client discovery, bespoke service and proactive clienteling to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide accurate product information and aftersales care guidance, ensuring consistency of service and technical knowledge.
- Collect, update and manage client data in compliance with privacy policies and company procedures.
- Participate in in-store events and client activations to strengthen relationships and support commercial initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including novelties, pricing and stock availability, to support sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (fashion or linguistic focus) but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Italian and English; an additional language is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of direct client sales experience; prior experience in a luxury boutique strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Excel and common IT tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, enthusiasm and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability, flexibility and resilience to perform in a high‑pace retail environment; strong aesthetic sensitivity and vocation for human values.

Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience to clients; experience within a luxury goods boutique is preferred.
