Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experience aligned with Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines and Hermès brand standards
- Execute Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals as defined by brand protocols
- Develop and maintain client relationships through strategic clienteling and relationship management
- Handle complex client concerns including exchanges, returns, and after-sales service in accordance with Store Notebook guidelines
- Assess repairs and complete relevant documentation for after-sales service delivery
- Capture and input accurate client and transaction information through POS and CRM systems
- Communicate in-store feedback and client insights to store management
- Serve as an active Ambassador for assigned métier with meticulous visual merchandising standards
- Conduct mini counts and stock take activities with accuracy
- Train team members on new product launches and métier expertise, particularly for onboarding
- Execute daily housekeeping and stock duties including unpacking, validating, and distributing deliveries
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines and maintain retail floor standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management activities
- Adhere to all Hermès Australia and international policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in customer service or retail sales
- Demonstrable experience in a luxury retail environment (fine jewelry experience advantageous)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with capacity for relationship development
- Comprehensive product knowledge of Hermès métiers and brand craftsmanship
- High standard of personal presentation and grooming
