Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experience in alignment with Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines, including greeting, consultation, and personalized assistance across all clientele
- Execute Hermès Hand Rituals and Orange Box Ceremony with meticulous attention to detail and brand standards
- Manage complex client concerns including dissatisfied customers, exchanges, returns, and after-sales services according to store protocols
- Capture and maintain accurate client information through POS and CRM systems to support relationship management
- Communicate client feedback and market insights to store management to inform operational and strategic decisions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and meticulous housekeeping of retail floor areas to uphold the boutique environment
- Organize back-of-house stock areas to ensure efficient retrieval and inventory visibility
- Participate in accurate mini counts and stock takes with precision and accountability
- Serve as a proactive product ambassador for assigned métiers, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of craftsmanship and product care
- Train team members on new product launches and share expertise in métier-specific care and after-sales services
- Demonstrate and encourage colleagues to master métier hand rituals and brand service protocols
- Support daily operational duties including stock receipt, validation, and merchandise distribution
- Adhere to all Hermès Australia and international policies while maintaining individual sales targets and performance metrics
- Contribute positively to the workplace through collaborative teamwork and support of colleagues' professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer service and/or sales experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment
- Full working rights within Australia
- Demonstrated ability to embody Hermès brand values and represent the Maison with elegance and authenticity
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Strong personal presentation and grooming standards aligned with Hermès boutique requirements
- Comprehensive product knowledge and passion for luxury craftsmanship, design, and the Hermès métiers
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as a team member

Experience
