Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines, managing inquiries, transactions, and complex concerns such as returns, exchanges, and repair assessments
- Practise and model Hermès signature service ceremonies including the Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals, ensuring consistent application across all client interactions
- Develop and nurture client relationships through accurate documentation in POS and CRM systems, gathering and communicating client feedback to store management
- Serve as a dedicated ambassador for assigned métiers, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and sharing expertise on care, maintenance, and after-sales services
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising presentation on the retail floor and ensure organized, accessible stockroom logistics
- Achieve individual sales performance targets including transactions count, average transaction value, and units per transaction
- Participate in stock duties including receipt validation, distribution, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation with precision
- Conduct daily housekeeping duties to preserve the store environment and uphold the aesthetic standards of the Hermès maison
- Train new team members on product launches, métier protocols, and service excellence benchmarks
- Contribute positively to team dynamics, supporting colleagues' professional development and ambassadorial competencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or luxury retail sales
- Demonstrated ability to embody brand values and represent Hermès with elegance and authenticity
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to establish rapport across diverse clientele
- Strong organizational capabilities with proven time management and multi-tasking proficiency
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury product categories and craftsmanship (métiers)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Availability to work a 7-day roster including weekends
