Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt personal presentation and conduct to the Hermès environment and multicultural clientele
- Greet clients with warmth and availability, understanding their needs through attentive listening
- Articulate the heritage and spirit of Hermès product collections to enhance client appreciation
- Execute consultative selling techniques to identify client requirements and recommend tailored solutions
- Cross-sell complementary products to increase transaction value
- Close sales transactions professionally and courteously
- Maintain store cleanliness and participate in merchandise unloading, tagging, and display preparation
- Demonstrate versatility and willingness to support team members during peak periods
- Communicate enthusiasm and passion for the brand to colleagues and clients
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2 (HND equivalent) or proven success in retail sales roles
- Fluent English communication skills (essential)
