Qualifications
- Minimum five years of customer‑facing experience in luxury retail or another high‑end service environment.
- Proven experience in men's ready‑to‑wear sales.
- Fluent Dutch and English; French is an asset.
- Demonstrable passion for people and client service with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Strong team orientation and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve collective goals.
- High cultural sensitivity and capacity to adapt communications to diverse client profiles.
- Broad general‑culture interests (arts, travel, literature, current affairs).
- Up‑to‑date awareness of luxury market trends and social media activity.

Experience
At least five years of customer‑facing experience in luxury retail or another high‑end service environment, including demonstrable experience selling men's ready‑to‑wear.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred.
