Role & Responsibilities
- Develop sales across all product categories through proactive engagement with clients on the sales floor and pursuit of revenue opportunities
- Ensure exceptional client experience by providing memorable and surprising service offerings, liaising with external relations managers as appropriate
- Build and independently maintain a proprietary client database while actively recruiting and retaining new national and international clientele
- Represent Hermès values and heritage to both clients and new team members, articulating the artisanal excellence of the maison's craftsmanship
- Participate in store operations including inventory management, merchandising changes, stock organization, and departmental maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven passion for client service and demonstrated sales success in previous retail experience
- Fluent English language proficiency in both written and oral communication
- Digital literacy and familiarity with contemporary communications tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capability
- Ability to work collaboratively across a diverse team while maintaining independent initiative
