Hermès Berlin seeks part-time sales associate (student); customer service, merchandise processing, Saturdays + additional day, 20+ hrs/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customer reception and service delivery
- Assist with incoming merchandise processing, delivery note verification, and product labeling
- Provide packaging assistance at the point of sale
- Replenish packaging materials throughout the retail floor
- Coordinate shipping logistics and documentation
- Execute auxiliary sales support activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university
- Available to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday
- Prior experience in a service-oriented environment (preferred)
- Strong sense of responsibility and structured work approach
- High commitment to service excellence, reliability, and dedication
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
