Hermès Barcelona seeks a Sales Associate (full-time, 2‑month temporary) to deliver exceptional client service and support store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, client-focused service to drive store revenue and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Support colleagues in sales activities and contribute collectively to the store’s commercial targets.
  • Manage client requests and ensure clear, professional communication throughout the sales ceremony and after‑sales process.
  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM entries to support clienteling and follow-up.
  • Proactively develop product knowledge across the maison’s métiers and familiarise oneself with merchandise.
  • Uphold store procedures, visual and merchandise-handling standards; assist with basic front- and back‑office visual merchandising.
  • Participate actively in store communications, including daily morning briefs, and complete any training provided.
  • Demonstrate the Maison’s values in every interaction and act as an ambassador for the brand.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English at minimum B2 level; additional languages are highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to listen actively and build client rapport.
  • High personal standards, tact and discretion when handling luxury merchandise and client information.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, show flexibility and demonstrate initiative within a team environment.
  • Willingness to complete and share internal training modules and to adopt Maison processes and standards.

Experience

Temporary, fixed-term role (2 months). Prior experience in luxury or premium retail sales is preferred; candidates should be comfortable working in a high-touch, clienteling environment and contributing immediately to shop performance.
