Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues to drive store sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High level of English (minimum required: B2). Knowledge of other languages is highly valued.
  • Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative.
  • Warmth and empathy, especially when handling objections.
  • Calmness in stressful situations and flexibility.
  • Act as a true ambassador of the Maison.
  • Maintain high personal standards.

Experience
