Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and support customers across all product categories to satisfy client needs and deliver a seamless omnichannel retail experience
  • Engage clients through brand storytelling that communicates product craftsmanship and heritage, driving both sales and meaningful relationships
  • Provide comprehensive customer support including product information and after-sales care guidance to ensure lasting satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through strategic client discovery and personalized service delivery to cultivate loyalty and long-term partnerships

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general IT tools

  • Team player mentality with ability to work autonomously in fast-paced retail environments
