Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Hermès values at all times and convey the brand ethos of elegance and generosity to every client
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment tailored to each client's culture and personality
- Execute quality sales transactions across all product categories while maintaining rigorous standards of product quality and service excellence
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients through attentive engagement and follow-up
- Identify, address, and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Multiple years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or high-end service environments
- Natural passion for people and service excellence
- High adaptability and exceptional cultural sensitivity to diverse clientele
- Strong teamwork capabilities and collaborative spirit
- Fluent German and excellent English; additional languages are advantageous
