Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service that embodies Hermès’ values of generosity and refinement at every customer touchpoint.
- Greet and engage visitors, identify client needs, and present Hermès’ product universes across Métiers to drive high-quality sales.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Ensure an elevated in-store experience by maintaining an inviting sales environment and attentive after‑sales service.
- Handle client enquiries and concerns with cultural sensitivity and discretion, escalating when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on customer-facing experience in luxury retail or a comparable high-end service environment.
- Native or fluent German and Chinese; very good command of English. Additional languages advantageous.
- Demonstrated passion for client service and relationship building, with high emotional intelligence and cultural adaptability.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate to achieve shared commercial and service objectives.
Skills
Experience
Several years of customer-facing experience within luxury retail or another high-end service environment, with a track record of high-quality sales and client relationship development.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury retail/commerce is desirable but not mandatory.
