Hermès seeks a Sales Assistant for its boutique in Kampen, responsible for high-quality sales across all Métiers, tailored customer service and developing lasting client relationships. The role is full-time on an unlimited contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Convey Hermès values to customers, communicating ease and generosity at all times.
- Provide consistently excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping environment tailored to each customer's culture and personality.
- Conduct high-quality sales across all Métiers in the store, maintaining a focus on product quality and the excellent service Hermès aims to provide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and address customer requests and concerns.
Qualifications
- Several years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.
- A natural passion for people and service.
- Strong adaptability and empathy toward different cultures.
- A high degree of teamwork to achieve shared goals.
- Fluent German and very good English; an additional language is welcome.
