Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service that embodies Hermès values of generosity, elegance and product quality.
- Conduct high-quality sales across all Métiers, prioritising premium client experiences and attention to product integrity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through attentive clienteling and aftersales follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and present relevant Hermès universes to surprise and delight clients.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Several years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.
- Fluency in German and Chinese, with very good English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Natural passion for people and service, with strong interpersonal skills.
- High cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with an international clientele.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to shared targets and standards.
Skills
Experience
Multiple years of customer-contact experience in luxury retail or an equivalent high-end hospitality/service setting, with proven ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve quality-driven sales targets.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is advantageous.
