Hermès Benelux Nordics seeks a Sales and Service Support in Knokke-Heist — full-time role managing cash, after‑sales and client follow-up.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all cash register operations including opening, closing, reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
- Review and annotate sales and operational reports using internal reporting tools to support store management decisions.
- Handle after‑sales service administration: create and maintain service files via desktop applications and follow up with customers.
- Prepare products for repair shipments, coordinate logistics and communicate status updates to clients.
- Process remote sales payments and ensure accurate customer follow-up and documentation.
- Source and validate customer orders, track availability and notify clients of order status.
- Order, track and distribute staff uniforms and related operational supplies.
- Provide day-to-day customer service support to the sales team, resolving transactional issues and escalating complex cases appropriately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and customer service; 6+ years preferred.
- Fluent Dutch (nl) and English (en); French (fr) is a strong advantage.
- Proven accuracy in cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client‑centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with desktop applications and digital tools used for reporting and order management.
Skills
Experience
At least five years' experience in sales and customer service within a retail environment; preference for candidates with six or more years supporting boutique operations or after‑sales service.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent required; vocational training in retail, hospitality or related fields is an advantage.
