Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and assess customer service staff activities, providing regular performance feedback and coaching
- Strategize and monitor daily operational activities across store departments
- Assist customer service staff with service delivery and client support where required
- Train staff on store operations, company policies, and service standards
- Manage cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure efficient service delivery
- Investigate and resolve customer service complaints received through multiple channels
