Hermès Generation H internship in New York: Sales & Marketing Operations Intern supporting Saint-Louis Crystal for US/Canada, January–July 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate trunk shows, trade shows, and special events including tabletops and Design Week participation
- Manage product loans to press, boutiques, wholesale accounts, and events
- Create and distribute sales tools to enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency in stores
- Support merchandise forecasting and product assortment proposals across retail channels
- Provide business analysis including regular sales reports, product rankings, and inventory analysis
- Develop marketing reports and support digital brand initiatives
- Collaborate with Hermès boutiques, wholesale partners, logistics, and communications departments
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student currently enrolled or on academic break
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with appropriate independence
- Sensitivity to design, home décor, and the luxury market
- Prior internship or professional experience of approximately six months is recommended
