Sales Analyst Intern at Hermès Parfums & Beauté in London. 6–12 month internship supporting luxury beauty commercial sales, data reporting, and retail operations from July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute weekly and monthly sales reporting, including retailer stock files, stock trackers, and order tracking
- Consolidate and analyse sell-out data end-to-end, supporting the creation and maintenance of retail reporting templates and KPI trackers
- Prepare quarterly global reports and track reporting on incentives and new product launches
- Assist in creating quarterly brand newsletters incorporating cross-functional updates from product launches, marketing, visual merchandising, and retail initiatives
- Create and manage annual Purchase Orders, liaise with suppliers, and monitor monthly goods receptions
- Track and report on Perfect Scents commissions and credit note follow-up
- Support key retail accounts and the Top 5 Retailers through assortment planning and out-of-stock monitoring
- Communicate OOS updates to retailers and internal stakeholders to maintain optimal stock availability
- Support new door requests, account amendments, and product launch processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide business performance insights to Marketing, Training, Retail, and Commercial teams
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and numerical/data analysis
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated work approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Effective workload management and time-sensitive task completion without close supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Currently undertaking a related Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the third year. Prior experience in commercial sales, retail support, or data analysis within the luxury or consumer goods sector is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree programme.
