Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a polyvalent salesperson across departments, proactively proposing and selling ready‑to‑wear pieces while seizing cross‑selling opportunities across Hermès métiers.
  • Collaborate closely with the store team to develop sales performance and contribute to collective commercial objectives.
  • Deliver exemplary in‑store client experiences: anticipate needs, provide tailored and memorable service, and coordinate with external relations when appropriate.
  • Build and maintain an autonomous client portfolio, ensure rigorous clienteling and follow‑up to recruit and retain national and international clientele.
  • Represent and communicate the Maison’s values to clients and new colleagues, promoting the work of Hermès artisans.
  • Participate in store lifecycle tasks including inventory, merchandising changes, stock organisation and upkeep of the sales area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' professional experience in luxury retail or fashion sales, with demonstrable client acquisition and retention achievements.
  • Confirmed client focus with a proven service mentality and a track record of commercial results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: engaging, generous in approach, and able to cultivate trust with an international clientele.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and contemporary communication channels; quick to adopt new technologies.
  • Exemplary conduct, humility and alignment with the Maison’s artisanal and ethical values.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion, with experience in clienteling, cross‑department selling and contribution to store sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or studies in fashion, retail or luxury management preferred.
