Role & Responsibilities
- Sell and promote watches, jewellery and related maison products; proactively identify and convert sales opportunities within the department.
- Collaborate with the entire boutique team to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Deliver an impeccable in‑store client experience, proposing memorable and relevant encounters and liaising with external relations when appropriate.
- Build, maintain and follow up an independent client file; recruit and retain national and international clientele.
- Provide timely solutions and requested information so clients are never left waiting.
- Act as an ambassador for the maison: communicate brand values and highlight the work of artisans.
- Support store operations including inventories, visual merchandising changes, stock organisation and upkeep of the department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Proven clienteling skills with a track record of acquiring and retaining clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and result-driven mindset.
- Strong digital literacy and familiarity with modern communication channels.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Professional discretion, humility and exemplary conduct.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally in luxury watches, jewellery or high‑end accessories, with demonstrable sales performance and client acquisition results.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational training in luxury retail, sales or horology is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
