Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert seller of Watches & Fine Jewelry pieces and cross-departmental offerings, consistently seeking client opportunities and driving departmental and boutique revenue
  • Ensure client well-being and satisfaction throughout their boutique visit by delivering memorable, tailored experiences and proactively addressing information requests
  • Represent and transmit Hermès Maison values to clients and new team members, actively recruiting and retaining a diverse national and international clientele
  • Independently develop and manage a proprietary client portfolio, ensuring systematic follow-up and relationship cultivation
