Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all sales activities within store, adhering to Hermès standards of image and service
- Identify customer needs and develop long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service and product knowledge
- Deliver exceptional post-sales support and build lasting relationships through proactive engagement
- Recruit and engage walk-in customers, maintaining key performance indicators for customer retention
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
- Collaborate within an inclusive team environment and execute other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands
