Hermès Singapore seeks a Sales Associate at Marina Bay Sands to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and maintain a welcoming boutique environment consistent with Hermès standards.
  • Drive sales activities across assigned métiers (product categories) and execute in‑store sales plans.
  • Manage daily store operations and ensure the boutique’s image, merchandising and presentation meet brand requirements.
  • Establish, develop and sustain long-term client relationships; proactively keep clients informed about new arrivals and events.
  • Receive and resolve client enquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Participate in in-store events, animations and communications; contribute market and client feedback to store management.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support boutique performance and team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ relevant experience in high-end fashion or luxury retail (boutique environment preferred).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented with proven clienteling ability and a genuine interest in building relationships.
  • Positive, energetic work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Team player who exemplifies the values and standards of the House.
  • Proficient with computers and mobile devices used for retail operations.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail, ideally within a boutique setting selling premium goods. Experience in clienteling and meeting sales targets is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, luxury retail or customer service preferred.
