Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell pieces across Hermès métiers and departments, driving sales performance on an expanded selling area.
  • Work collaboratively with the full store team to develop revenue and capture opportunities from walk‑in and appointment clients.
  • Deliver a seamless, memorable client experience and coordinate with the external relations manager when appropriate.
  • Build, maintain and independently manage a client file; recruit and develop new national and international clientele.
  • Act as an ambassador for Hermès by communicating the maison’s values and showcasing artisans’ work.
  • Contribute to store operations: participate in inventories, merchandising changes, stock organisation and upkeep of the department.
  • Anticipate client needs, follow up on requests and source information so the client is never left waiting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail or comparable environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering high‑quality service and meeting sales targets in a high‑traffic boutique.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, genuine warmth and a generous approach to selling.
  • Audacious, dynamic temperament with humility and exemplary professional conduct.
  • Strong digital literacy and ease with contemporary communication tools.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Experience
