Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively sell products across all Hermès departments and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve commercial targets and cultivate a high-performance retail environment.
- Deliver an attentive, memorable client experience in‑store and liaise with external relations when appropriate.
- Build, maintain and autonomously manage a personalised client file and follow-up to recruit and retain national and international clientele.
- Represent Hermès values to clients and new colleagues and promote the work of the maison’s artisans.
- Participate in store life: inventories, merchandising changes, stock organisation and upkeep of the department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holder of Bac+3 (bachelor level), preferably from a business school or equivalent.
- Demonstrable passion for client service and for luxury craftsmanship.
- Dynamic, audacious temperament with an ability to operate across an extended sales floor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; generous sales approach combined with humility and exemplary professional conduct.
- Comfortable and agile with digital communication tools and new means of digital engagement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Experience
Open to current bachelor-level students (Bac+3) or recent graduates; prior retail or luxury sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
