Hermès Sèvres Paris seeks Sales Advisor (fixed-term July–December). Luxury retail role serving high-volume international clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales across all departments with particular focus on the Home collection, working collaboratively with the store team to achieve revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships independently, developing a personal client portfolio and ensuring continuity of service for both domestic and international customers
- Deliver exceptional, memorable in-store experiences by proactively identifying client needs, providing timely solutions, and liaising with external relations management to create bespoke engagements
- Embody Hermès values and heritage by communicating the craftsmanship of the métiers, educating both clients and new colleagues about the house's artisanal traditions
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising updates, stock organization, and maintaining departmental presentation standards
- Actively seek opportunities to acquire new clients and retain existing relationships across diverse product categories
