Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across all departments with particular focus on the Home collection, working collaboratively with the store team to achieve revenue targets
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships independently, developing a personal client portfolio and ensuring continuity of service for both domestic and international customers
  • Deliver exceptional, memorable in-store experiences by proactively identifying client needs, providing timely solutions, and liaising with external relations management to create bespoke engagements
