Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and attentiveness, adapting comportment and presentation to the Hermès environment and diverse international clientele
  • Listen actively and question strategically to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Articulate the creative vision and heritage behind each Hermès creation to inspire purchase intent

Qualifications
