Hermès seeks a part-time Sales Advisor for its Sèvres store in Paris, working Saturdays. Indefinite contract commencing July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance across assigned departments by identifying client opportunities and leveraging expert product knowledge to close transactions
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by ensuring comfort and well-being in-store, proposing memorable interactions tailored to individual preferences, and coordinating with external relations staff as needed
  • Cultivate and maintain a personal client portfolio, recruiting new clients from both domestic and international markets whilst ensuring consistent follow-up and loyalty building
  • Represent and embody Hermès values to clients and new team members, articulating the brand's commitment to artisanal excellence and heritage craftsmanship
  • Contribute to store operations by participating in inventory counts, merchandising refreshes, stock management, and the ongoing maintenance of departmental and store-wide presentation standards
