Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to domestic and international customers across the Maison (home) assortment, generating memorable and surprising in‑store experiences.
- Act as a multi‑skilled seller: proactively propose and sell items across métiers and departments to maximise store revenue.
- Build, maintain and autonomously manage a client file to recruit and fidélise new customers; follow up on enquiries and opportunities to closure.
- Collaborate with store teams and external relations leads to identify customer opportunities and co‑ordinate bespoke service actions.
- Support store operations including inventory counts, merchandising changes, stock organisation and maintaining presentation standards.
- Represent and convey the Maison’s values and the craftsmanship behind products to clients and new colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years' professional experience in luxury retail, ideally within a Maison/home or multi‑category flagship environment.
- Demonstrable client‑centric mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing clientèle.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence: humility, generosity in sales approach and strong personal presence.
- Digital agility and comfort with contemporary communication channels and store digital tools.

Experience
Minimum 6 years in luxury retail sales, with demonstrable experience in client acquisition, multi‑category selling and high‑volume flagship or concept stores.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in retail, luxury goods, fashion or commerce preferred.
